Built in-house. Built to be supported.

Manufacturing at Booth happens in the UK, at our Blackpool facility. Design, fabrication, assembly, and testing all sit close together, which keeps decisions practical and quality consistent.

Built with support in mind

our approach to manufacturing allows us to stand behind the equipment we supply. Because systems are built in-house, we are able to provide spares availability, repair and refurbishment of refrigeration systems, and ongoing technical support with direct knowledge of the original build. This supports longer equipment life and helps reduce unnecessary replacement, avoidable downtime, and transport associated with premature system failure.

Designed for consistency, not shortcuts

Every build follows defined processes and checks. Welding is carried out by coded welders, and assemblies are completed and inspected before leaving site. That discipline is what allows equipment to perform consistently once it’s in service, not just on day one.

From standard builds to bespoke work

Alongside our standard product range, we also manufacture bespoke equipment to suit specific applications. Having design and manufacturing under one roof allows us to adapt layouts, materials, and components without losing control of quality or lead times.

Manufacturing that stays close to the work

We keep core manufacturing processes in-house so we can control quality and respond quickly when requirements change. With fabrication, assembly, and testing kept close together, responsibility stays clear and decisions can be made without delay.

That includes sheet metal fabrication, tube forming, coded welding, cell-based manufacturing, and sub-assembly through to final build. This setup gives us flexibility without compromising repeatability. Standard products stay consistent, and bespoke work stays manageable.

R&D driven by real-world use

Our approach to R&D is shaped by what happens once equipment is installed.

Feedback from the shop floor, service teams, and customers feeds directly into design improvements. That might mean refining access for maintenance, improving durability, or simplifying installation.

The goal is equipment that works reliably, is easier to support, and stands up to long-term use.
